2. Zone-Based Color-Coded System: To create clear boundaries for germs, we divide every home into strict zones: bathroom - Red, kitchen - Green, common areas - Yellow.     Yes. Sanitary Standard LLC is fully licensed and insured for your complete protection and peace of mind. This ensures you are fully covered in the unlikely event of accidental damage.

    Our primary service area includes Shoreline and the surrounding regions, ranging from North Seattle to Everett, and southbound to Mercer Island and Bellevue.

  • Do I need to supply cleaning products or equipment?

    No. We bring all professional-grade supplies and industrial equipment to ensure the highest quality results. However, if you have specific products you prefer us to use, we are happy to discuss incorporating them into our routine.

  • How long does a deep cleaning service take?

    Duration depends on the size and condition of your space. We provide a time estimate during your consultation, but generally, a professional deep clean takes longer than a routine maid service. For example, a minimalistic 3600 square foot house with 1 used bedroom and bathroom needs around 4 hours of thorough cleaning.

  • How should I prepare my home for the cleaning team?

    To maximize our efficiency, we ask that you declutter surfaces by picking up personal items, clothes, and toys. This allows our crew to focus entirely on deep cleaning and sanitization. Please pay special attention to jewelry! Our industrial vacuums are exceptionally powerful, and small items on the floor can be sucked in before they are noticed.

  • Are your quotes fixed?

    While we strive for accuracy, a quote may be adjusted upon on-site inspection due to factors such as inaccurate square footage, the presence and number of pets, excessive clutter, or lack of on-site parking. We will always communicate any changes before we begin.

  • What are your requirements for a service booking?

    Due to our use of heavy commercial equipment, we require on-site parking (driveway, guest/retail parking, or a reserved spot). Additionally, we require a $100 deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable if the service is canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.


  • Do I need to be on-site during the cleaning?

    No. Many clients provide a key or entry code for total convenience. However, we do ask to meet you during the initial service to perform a walkthrough and discuss any specific details. Afterward, it is entirely up to you. You are welcome to stay or leave; we will notify you shortly before we finish so you can return for a final inspection.

  • What is the difference between deep cleaning and maid service?

    Deep cleaning is an intensive service targeting built-up grime, baseboards, and interior appliances. Maid service is a routine, surface-level cleaning.

  • Do you clean commercial and office spaces?
