Two straightforward pricing tiers offered:

 

Standard and Heavy-Duty Turnover Cleaning.

 

Standard / Heavy-Duty pricing is designed to reduce excessive add-ons and avoid fragmented line-item pricing. Heavy-Duty applies when a unit materially exceeds ordinary turnover conditions, such as multiple severely impacted areas, neglected appliances, heavy grease, heavy bathroom buildup, excessive pet hair, strong odors, or major restoration-level cleaning needs.

Separately billed:

- Biohazard conditions involving bodily fluids, human or animal waste, needles, or other hazardous contamination 

- post-construction

- interior windows cleaning

Turnover checklist

ALL AREAS:

  • Walls vacuumed and spot-cleaned, cobwebs removed​

  • Door knobs/ handles, light switches, thermostats, outlets vacuumed, wiped, sanitized

  • Trims (window sills, tracks; doors tops; frame tops; baseboards) vacuumed, wiped

  • Surfaces (shelves, mantels, cabinets doors, closet shelves, rods, bars) vacuumed, wiped

  • Ceiling fans, HVAC vents, exhaust fans, light fixtures, recessed lighting, crown molding vacuumed, wiped

  • Blinds vacuumed, wiped

  • Glass and glossy surfaces (mirrors, glass partitions) cleaned to a streak-free shine

  • Carpets vacuumed (including corners and edges)

  • Trash removed

  • Baseboards wiped

  • Hard surface floors vacuumed, cleaned

KITCHEN:

  • Appliances cleaned inside and out

  • Cooktop cleaned and degreased

  • Stainless steel surfaces polished

  • Cabinets cleaned inside and out

  • Countertops, backsplash, sink, fixtures cleaned, polished, sanitized

  • Garbage disposal cleaned


BATHROOMS:

  • Toilet cleaned and sanitized inside and out

  • Bathtub/shower and surrounding surfaces cleaned, sanitized

  • Tile cleaned, sanitized

  • Cabinets cleaned inside and out

  • Sink and countertops cleaned, sanitized

  • Fixtures and mirrors polished


OTHER AREAS:

  • Washer/dryer vacuumed, wiped

  • Entry door number cleaned

  • Balcony/patio railings cleaned

Building-Specific & Unit-Specific Checklists
